About Us

Who We Are

CureOnCall is a clinician-led healthcare platform providing online physiotherapy, clinical nutrition and clinical psychology consultations across Pakistan. Suitable international clients may also book online care, while physiotherapy home visits remain available in Faisalabad for eligible cases.

Our purpose is to make structured professional support easier to access without removing the assessment, safety boundaries and follow-up that responsible healthcare requires.

Each department is led by a qualified clinician, with care shaped around the patient’s symptoms, goals, routine, location and need for medical referral.

Our Mission

To make credible, personalised healthcare support easier to reach online and at home.

We help patients begin with the right clinician, understand the purpose and limits of the consultation, and receive practical guidance that fits everyday life.

Online consultations reduce unnecessary travel, while home physiotherapy in Faisalabad supports suitable patients who need in-person rehabilitation.

Our Vision

To build a trusted healthcare platform where clinical quality, accessibility and clear communication work together.

We want patients in Pakistan and abroad to find the right service without guessing, receive honest guidance about suitability, and understand what should happen after the first consultation.

CureOnCall is designed around focused departments rather than unrelated medical services, which helps each clinician work within a clear professional scope.

What Makes Us Different?

Focused clinical services with practical access and clear boundaries

Three Focused Departments

Choose from physiotherapy, clinical nutrition and clinical psychology instead of navigating an unclear list of unrelated services.

Qualified Clinicians

Care is delivered by Dr Ahmad Wassi for physiotherapy, DT Nimra Naqvi for clinical nutrition and Psy. Hijab Zehra for clinical psychology.

Assessment Before Advice

The clinician reviews your concern, context, goals and relevant safety factors before recommending a plan or next step.

Online and Local Access

Online consultations are available across Pakistan and for suitable international clients. Home physiotherapy is available in Faisalabad.

Honest Medical Boundaries

CureOnCall does not provide emergency care and does not replace urgent medical, hospital or psychiatric services when they are needed.

Practical Follow-Up

Recommendations are designed around real routines, familiar foods, home environments and measurable progress rather than generic instructions.

Our Model of Care

Built around assessment, suitability and continuity

Care works better when it reflects the patient’s real circumstances. Physiotherapy may need to account for mobility, work demands and the home environment. Nutrition guidance may need to account for medication, family meals, budget and food access. Psychology support must account for privacy, safety and cultural context.

Our online and home-based model helps clinicians understand those practical details while giving patients a clear route to follow-up or referral.

Assessment first

The clinician begins by understanding the concern, symptoms, relevant history and goals before recommending care.

Practical planning

Guidance is designed for real homes, work schedules, kitchens, family systems and available resources.

Clear scope

Patients are told what the consultation can help with, what it cannot do and when medical or emergency care is required.

Continuity

Follow-up is recommended when progress, symptoms, tolerance or safety need to be reviewed over time.
