• Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, provider unavailability, or weather conditions.
• Any last-minute changes or cancellations by the customer should be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

You must be 18 years or older to book a service. If the service is for someone under 18, it must be booked and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

• Payment must be made at the time of service or in advance as per the booking method.
• Prices vary depending on the type of service and location. All charges will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
• Refunds may be issued in case of cancellations made on time or if we are unable to provide the service for any reason.
• In case of disputes, we aim to resolve them fairly and quickly through direct communication.

Cure on Call provides general healthcare services, not emergency care.

In case of a medical emergency, please call 1122 or visit the nearest hospital.

While we ensure our team is qualified, our services are meant for non-emergency, home-based support and should not replace ongoing hospital treatment when needed.

When you book our services, you agree to:

• Be available at the scheduled time for the service
• Not misuse our platform, impersonate others, or submit false medical information
• Use our services only for lawful and personal health-related needs
